Always crashing and very slow to load. Very bloated software. Heavy battery consumption. Uses cookies for some reason. Why is it a browser based app?? Can't change the app tone. Doesn't vibrate when phone is on vibrate only. Antiquated and frustrating app

Very clunky and buggey. Keep getting annoying ' site availability access code' message while my IT dept has no idea what that is!! So I get notification about incoming message but unable to open it, makongthis even worse is that sender still sees me 'active' so will think I am intentionally avoiding message. Ahhh...!!!
I have experienced multiple issues with this app. I have had to bypass it by downloading a new default browser in Opera as it will not open in Chrome, Firefox, or Brave. It continues to be slow, have connectivity problems, and is not in any way customizable. Any notification will have all providers in a room check their phones. Terrible.

Superslow with minimal functionality. Extremely terrible experience. I am not sure why Cerner can't develop better app
Terrible app. Forces you to regularly delete your internet cache or it won't work. It sucks battery life making it unreasonable to use for a 12hr (i.e. standard) shift. Then, it suddenly quit one day and I missed an emergent consult. Unsafe. Poor functioning when it does work. Shouldn't be allowed for use in a medical setting.
Worst app I've ever downloaded. Can't even login
